The best restaurant in brooklyn... You can make parties for up to 100 people... They have rich menu... You definitely should try Manty, Samsa, Plov, Kazy and Lagman... Also Shish kebabs are deliciuos. Prices are ok... Overall; If you want a real Uzbek food, you should visit this place..

My girlfriend and I really like Palmyra. The restaurant food is either Kosher or Halal. This means if live in Brooklyn and have a diverse friend set, you DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHO CAN EAT WHERE AND WHAT. This means just go to Palmyra and enjoy your friends. The only knock on the place is the service is slow; however the food ... the food is sublime. They seem to have both Russian and Turkish Food. The salads are hardy. Once can feed 2-3 people. The kabobs are mouth watering. I recommend the mixed plate of kabobs. You get a little of everything. My girlfriend really likes their Turkish liver plater. Me M'eh ... liver. For after dinner they have all types of teas and coffees. I removed a star because they do one thing that irks me ... charge a service charge; in other words, tell you how much of a tip you are going to leave. If I am going to pay for someone else's employee because they are getting minimum wage, I want to pay the employee what I want not what you say I should pay. All in all a very good restaurant. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoy this place and their food, as well as service, but the most of all their prices XD. Depending on my mood i choose the day i come here, because during some days they have loud music at night/evening to let people have fun dancing and stuff. Brings me joy!

Great Decor and layout of the restaurant. The place is well kept. As competitors to Nargis and referred by a few clients who said I MUST try it, it was good food! With improvements needed in making sure the flavors are different and not copied, it holds to it own standards. However I must say the first time I came I was denied as there was a party scheduled & they refused to serve walk-ins that day. This second time I went I was able to go in and sit down. Due to the catering options not going on during my 2nd visit. The place was nearly empty. The food came out promptly, the service was standard with limited English language. Not enough welcoming vibes. Lead to my final conclusion, if nargis is booked or when they can't serve parties, come here for little different and unique food with a more well decorated place, for bigger events!

My friend had a special celebration here @ 3pm on a Friday afternoon. They were allowed to bring alcoholic beverages and a cake. The decor in here is beautiful. We had so much food! We had about 4 types of salads, nun, beef/chicken/lamb kebabs, raw fish platter, etc. Oh my goodnesss! We all hit a major food coma. It was empty, and we had the entire place to ourselves. Service here was great!

This is one of the most authentic Uzbek and Middle Eastern cuisine restaurants I've ever been too. The food is delicious and the ambiance is great. The chef and the owners really take pride in making great food, def try the viriska kebabs. They can't be emphasized enough for the richness and the taste. The samsa is made in an in-house fire pit (tandir) ... I got an inside scope and saw the process once... Let me just say, it's super quick and mesmerizing. In any case, check out the place, try any dish you want and it's guarantee to be great!
